Return & Refund Policy

At Habibi Pets Store, we want you and your pets to be 100% happy with every purchase. This Refund & Return Policy is in line with the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) and applies to all orders placed through our online store.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The product is defective, damaged, or expired at the time of delivery.

You received the wrong item compared to what you ordered.

The product is in its original condition, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable once opened:

Pet food, treats, and supplements

Grooming and hygiene products (shampoo, wipes, sprays, etc.)

Litter, bedding, and perishable products


2. Return & Refund Process

If your request is approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) and arrange collection or request you to return to a designated location.

Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.


3. Refunds

If approved, refunds will be made to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.

Refunds are available in the following cases:

Defective or damaged product

Incorrect product delivered

Product not delivered at all (per UAE law)

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged product).

Customers may also choose store credit or an exchange instead of a refund.


4. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery

If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.


5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once shipped, the order will be treated as a return under this policy.

If the product is unavailable or undeliverable, a full refund will be issued as required under UAE law.


6. Compliance with UAE Law

This policy complies with UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020) and related regulations.

Consumers have the right to refunds or replacements for defective, damaged, or non-conforming goods.

Refunds will not be unreasonably delayed.
