At Habibi Pets Store, we strive to deliver your pet products quickly and safely across the UAE. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery terms, timelines, and related conditions.


1. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates.

Certain remote or restricted areas may not have same day delivery options. If your location is not serviceable, we will inform you before processing your order.


2. Delivery Timelines

Orders are typically processed within same day at select locations otherwise 1-2 Days 

Estimated delivery times:

Major cities (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah): 1 working day

Other Emirates: 2-3 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen events.


3. Shipping Fees

Standard shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

We may offer free delivery promotions on orders above a certain amount.

Any additional courier surcharges (e.g., remote area service fees) will be communicated before confirming the order.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details.

You can track your order using the courier’s tracking system.


5. Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and ensuring someone is available to receive the package.

If delivery fails due to incorrect information or missed attempts, additional delivery charges may apply.


6. International Shipping

At present, we only deliver within the UAE. International shipping is not available.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.


8. Order Cancellations Before Shipping

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

Once shipped, cancellations will be handled under our Refund & Return Policy.
